A lightweight shelter that is extremely versitile and functional. 3x3M makes for great coverage and set up styles. The Diamond, A-Frame, Shut end A-frame, and Whelen Lean-to are shown to give a idea of the versitility offered. Ones imiganation is the limit to the way the tarp can be set up. The tarp featured is made out of 1443R tyvek.

Old Vintage Bushcraft Backpack

Here is a great old Vintage Paddy Pallin made in Australia backpack. I think it dates from the 1940s to 1950s. Its called the bushman 2 pocket model. Its a beautiful old bag with a lot of character. If this bag could talk I'm sure it would have some stories of adventure to tell. The romanticism of this bag is what I feel lacks in today's outdoor industry.

Prospecting with the Angus MacKirk mini long tom in Australia. I love this little sluice. Its portable and quickly straps to my pack to head into the mountains and bush. The material must be classified before being put through it and the volume must be kept to a minimun but for a quick check of a area its fantastic piece of equipment.
